Step 1 – Pre-inspection & testing

We will inspect your floor to determine expected cleaning results.

Step 2 – Vacuum Flooring

Your flooring will be vacuumed to remove any loos debris.

Step 3 – Tape and protect

We will protect baseboards, cabinets, walls, and any furniture in the work area.

Step 4 – Grout Cleaning

Grout is treated with an advanced high quality cleaner made especially for cleaning grout.

Ste 5 – Truck mounted hot water extraction

This step provides a superior rinse. The unlimited supply of hot water and powerful extraction removes soil and transfers it to the trck to a special containment reservoir. A mop and bucket cannot do this!

Step 6 – Speed dry

A high velocity air mover is placed on the floor for speed drying.

Step 7 – Apply grout sealer

A premium grout sealer is applied.

Step 8 – Post inspection

A final inspection is done to ensure your complete satisfaction!
